Belarus tourist visa:
- An original tourist voucher and a confirmation from a Belorussian travel agency.
Belarus business visa:
A letter of invitation on company letterhead, signed by the company executive and sealed by the corporate seal, from an agency, company, or organization in the Republic of Belarus, registered as a legal entity by the Belorussian authorities. The letter should indicate the period of your expected stay in Belarus. The company has to pledge to provide full financial support including all possible medical expenses. Multiple-entry business visa requires confirmation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
Belarus visitor visa (private visit) for stays less than 30 days:
- No additional documents required, however the inviting person or organization and their respective address must be provided on the visa application form.
Belarus visitor visa (private visit) for stays more than 30 days:
- An original invitation (not a copy). The inviting party should obtain the invitation ("zaprashenne") at the local passport and visa office of the Ministry of Interior. In case of emergency (unexpected illness, death of a relative, etc.) visas can be issued upon submitting a certified cable from a doctor or a clinic in Belarus.
Additional Belorussian visa information:
Former citizens of the USSR or Belarus have to submit the documents confirming change of citizenship.
NOTE: Travelers to Belarus are required to report to the local Passport and Visa Office of the Ministry of Interior within 3 business days upon arrival. If staying in a hotel, registration can be arranged by the hotel services (reception bureau).
